Jason Olson
Jason joined Bingham Mechanical in 2000, initially as an Apprentice Plumber but over the years, he ascended to the role of Journeyman Plumber, subsequently assuming responsibilities as Foreman, Project Manager, Vice President, and ultimately President of Bingham Mechanical. In 2013, he attained co-ownership of Bingham Mechanical. Presently based in Arizona, Jason plays a pivotal role in the company's operations, focusing on estimating and contributing to its day-to-day management.

Josh Olson
Josh stared at Bingham Mechanical in 2003, initially as an apprentice before attaining his journeyman license in 2010. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exemplary leadership, serving as foreman for notable projects including the Idaho Falls Temple Remodel, the Pocatello Cancer Center, the INL Testing and Demonstration Facility, and the Melaleuca Headquarters in Idaho Falls. Presently he is the Senior Vice President and has been Co-Owner since 2020, Josh actively contributes to the company's daily operations.

Jake Olson
Jake started at Bingham Mechanical in 2007, initially as an apprentice but took a short break from Bingham Mechanical to get his commercial helicopter pilot's license. However, he couldn't stay away from plumbing so in 2015 he became a journeyman plumber. Throughout his tenure, Jake has held pivotal roles within our organization, serving as our trusted quality control officer and adept project manager. Presently, Jake is the Vice President, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive the company's success forward.

MyLinda Neddo
MyLinda joined Bingham Mechanical in 2015 and serves as the company’s Office Manager, overseeing human resources and bookkeeping. She plays an important role in supporting both the day-to-day operations of the company and its employees. MyLinda is known for her friendly, approachable personality and her natural ability to connect with others, helping create a welcoming and positive environment for employees, customers, and business partners alike.
Project Manager - Idaho
Clint Godfrey
Clint began his career with Bingham Mechanical in 2006 as a first-year Apprentice Plumber and earned his Journeyman license in 2010. His strong leadership abilities quickly became apparent, and he went on to serve for many years as one of Bingham Mechanical’s most trusted and successful foremen before advancing into his current role as Project Manager.
Today, Clint is a vital part of Bingham Mechanical’s day-to-day operations in Idaho. His responsibilities extend well beyond managing his own projects. With nearly two decades of experience at Bingham Mechanical, Clint has a deep understanding of our people, our clients, and our operations, and he regularly provides leadership, support, and problem-solving across projects throughout Idaho.
Throughout his career, Clint has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous significant projects, including Phil Meador Subaru, Pocatello Kia, Pocatello Nissan, the Rosemark Medical Office Building, Phil Meador Toyota, the Pocatello Idaho Temple, the Idaho Falls Fire Station, and the Mountain America Center.
Clint’s combination of field experience, project management expertise, leadership, and willingness to help wherever needed makes him an invaluable part of Bingham Mechanical. He is someone our employees, clients, and general contractors can depend on, and he continues to play an important role in the success of our Idaho operations.
Project Foreman - Idaho
Jeff Scott
Jeff joined Bingham Mechanical in 2005, bringing with him extensive experience and expertise in pipefitting and complex mechanical systems. Over the years, he has become one of our most knowledgeable resources in hydronics, including heating and chilled water systems, steam and condensate systems, as well as boilers, chillers, and other HVAC equipment.
As Bingham Mechanical’s piping and mechanical specialist, Jeff has played a key role in many of our most challenging mechanical projects. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to troubleshoot and solve just about any problem put in front of him. His depth of experience allows him to look at complex systems, understand how everything works together, and develop practical solutions that get the job done right.
Just as importantly, Jeff is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others. He takes the time to teach, answer questions, and help our employees better understand the systems they are working on. His willingness to pass along what he has learned throughout his career has helped develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople and leaders at Bingham Mechanical.
Jeff’s technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and commitment to helping others make him an invaluable part of the Bingham Mechanical team and a great example of our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

Robie Rudolph
Robie has been a vital member of the Bingham Mechanical team since joining the company in 2013. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as someone our employees, clients, and general contractors can depend on. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Robie consistently puts the client first and brings extensive knowledge of the plumbing and mechanical trades to every project. His experience allows him to recognize potential issues, solve problems, and keep projects moving while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship we expect.
Robie is also a strong leader who understands the importance of communication, coordination, and teamwork. When Robie is leading a project, there is confidence that the job will be managed properly and done right. His notable projects include the Northgate Medical Office Building, ISU Turner Hall Remodel, Chubbuck City Hall, Chubbuck Police Station, Blackfoot Elementary, and the Montpelier Idaho Temple.

Project Foreman - Arizona
Jeff Donahoo
Jeff joined Bingham Mechanical in March 2025, bringing more than 38 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry. His extensive background includes a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience with boilers, mechanical equipment, and complex plumbing and hydronic systems.
As a key member of our Arizona operations, Jeff is known for his ability to troubleshoot problems, find practical solutions, and take on challenging projects with a positive, can-do attitude. He is committed to doing whatever it takes to take care of our clients and ensure the job is done right.
Jeff’s approachable personality and willingness to share his knowledge also make him a favorite among our employees, who genuinely enjoy working alongside him and learning from his years of experience. His technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and dedication to both our clients and our team make him a tremendous asset to Bingham Mechanical and our growing Arizona operations.

Evan Erickson
Evan joined Bingham Mechanical in 2020 as an Apprentice Plumber and made an immediate impact on the company. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong commitment to Striving for Excellence, one of Bingham Mechanical’s core values. His work ethic, attention to quality, and desire to continually improve made him a natural candidate for a leadership role, and he became a Foreman shortly after earning his Journeyman license.
Evan’s ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges has been a major part of his success. He has developed into a strong leader who knows how to keep a project moving while making sure the work is done right. He works well with everyone around him, from the employees he leads to project managers, general contractors, and other trade partners.
His combination of technical ability, leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence has made Evan an important part of the Bingham Mechanical team and someone we can depend on to represent the company well and get the job done right.

Cody Bramer
Cody joined Bingham Mechanical in 2017 and has become a highly valued member of our team. One of Cody’s greatest strengths is his commitment to putting the client first. He takes pride in understanding what our clients need, finding solutions, and doing whatever he can to make sure the project is successful.
Cody is also known for being extremely easy to work with and for building strong relationships with everyone around him. Employees genuinely enjoy working for him because of his positive attitude, approachable personality, and the respect he shows his team. He has a natural ability to lead while creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work and want to do their best.
