Rory Olson

Rory Olson came to work for Bingham Mechanical in 1982 as a Journeyman Plumber. He worked his way up through the ranks from Foreman, Superintendent, Vice President, and then purchased the company in 1997. 

President

Jason Olson

Jason joined Bingham Mechanical in 2000, initially as an Apprentice Plumber but over the years, he ascended to the role of Journeyman Plumber, subsequently assuming responsibilities as Foreman, Project Manager, Vice President, and ultimately President of Bingham Mechanical. In 2013, he attained co-ownership of Bingham Mechanical. Presently based in Arizona, Jason plays a pivotal role in the company's operations, focusing on estimating and contributing to its day-to-day management.

Senior Vice President

Josh Olson

Josh stared at Bingham Mechanical in 2003, initially as an apprentice before attaining his journeyman license in 2010. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exemplary leadership, serving as foreman for notable projects including the Idaho Falls Temple Remodel, the Pocatello Cancer Center, the INL Testing and Demonstration Facility, and the Melaleuca Headquarters in Idaho Falls. Presently he is the Senior Vice President and has been Co-Owner since 2020, Josh actively contributes to the company's daily operations.

Jake Olson

Jake started at Bingham Mechanical in 2007, initially as an apprentice but took a short break from Bingham Mechanical to get his commercial helicopter pilot's license. However, he couldn't stay away from plumbing so in 2015 he became a journeyman plumber.  Throughout his tenure, Jake has held pivotal roles within our organization, serving as our trusted quality control officer and adept project manager. Presently, Jake is the Vice President, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive the company's success forward.

Clint Godfrey

Clint embarked on his journey with Bingham Mechanical in 2006, staring as a 1st year apprentice before getting his journeyman license in 2010. Recognized for his exceptional leadership capabilities, Clint served as one of our best foremen for numerous years before assuming his current role as project manager. His extensive portfolio boasts a myriad of successful projects, including notable projects such as Phil Meador Subaru, Pocatello Kia, Pocatello Nissan, the Rosemark Medical Office Building, Phil Meador Toyota, the Pocatello LDS Temple, the Idaho Falls Fire Station, and the esteemed new Mountain America Event Center.

Jeff Scott

Jeff joined our team here at Bingham Mechanical in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in pipe fitting garnered through years of dedicated experience. Renowned for his profound understanding of intricate mechanical systems, Jeff possesses unparalleled proficiency in hydronics including, heating, cooling, steam and condensate systems, as well as boiler, chillers, and other HVAC equipment. As our piping and mechanical specialist, Jeff has spearheaded numerous pivotal projects for Bingham Mechanical, consistently delivering exemplary results that underscore his unwavering commitment to excellence.

Donny Tapper

Donny joined our team at Bingham Mechanical in 2007, starting his journey as an apprentice. In 2014 he had obtained his journeyman license, marking a testament to his dedication and expertise. Throughout his time here at Bingham Mechanical, Donny has distinguished himself as a seasoned leader and one of our best foremen, overseeing numerous projects of significance for us. Among his notable projects are the American Falls Elementary School and the BYU-I Hart Remodel, both of which exemplify Donny's unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in every endeavor.

Robie Rudolph

Robie has been a vital member of our team since joining in 2013. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, he consistently prioritizes client satisfaction and demonstrates a deep understanding of the plumbing and mechanical trades. If Robie is on your project, there is no need to worry about how it will turn out. His notable projects include the Northgate Medical Office Building, the ISU Turner Hall Remodel, Chubbuck City Hall, Chubbuck Police Station, Blackfoot Elementary, and the Montpelier LDS Temple.

Erick Andersen

Erick joined us in 2015 as a welder and has since excelled as a project foreman. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results make him a vital member of the Bingham Mechanical team. Erick has become an expert in mechanical systems, including hydronics, snowmelt, and steam systems. His notable projects include multiple projects at BYU-Idaho, Black Canyon Middle School, and Power County Hospital Addition.

Matt Davis

Matt joined Bingham Mechanical in 2017 as a first-year apprentice and has since advanced to become a vital foreman. His commitment to excellence and drive to complete projects to the highest industry standards make him a perfect fit for our team. Notable projects he has worked on include the District 91 Administration remodel, Alturas Elementary Remodel, and several remodels and additions at Mountain View Hospital remodel.

Brandon Allan

Brandon joined us in 2023 and has consistently exceeded expectations. His strong desire to excel quickly propelled him to the role of project foreman. Brandon has demonstrated the ability to complete projects to the highest standards, and his commitment to growth ensures he will be a valuable asset to Bingham Mechanical for years to come. Past projects include the City of Pocatello Fuel Site, the ISU South Complex remodel, and the ISU Pharmacy Remodel.
