Apprentice
Launch your career with Bingham and we’ll support your growth every step of the way. You’ll get hands-on experience on a wide variety of projects that will help you build the skills you need. Plus, on the job training, coaching, and educational opportunities to guide you toward becoming a craftsman. Bingham provides full funding for Years 2, 3, and 4 of the Apprenticeship Training Program to get you to journeyman.
Journeyman Plumber
If you are ready for the next stage of your career, Bingham has the ladder to get you there. We’ll help you get certified in Medical Gas Piping, specialty gases, hydronics, pipe welding, and more. Plus, you will work on new construction and renovation projects that will make you proud to say "I helped build that". We’ll also help you get the knowledge and skills to progress to foreman and project manager roles.
Pipe Welder
As a specialist in this field, you’ll work on large mechanical projects with boilers and chillers, steam and condensate piping, fuel gas piping and hydronics. We’ll support you all the way through the pipe welding test by the certification body and Bingham’s internal test required by law. If your background is strictly welding, we’ll help you grow by sponsoring your plumbing training too.
Foreman
You take pride in guiding a job well done, genuinely care about people (your crew and our customers), are organized and prioritize safety. With an eye on the big picture, you coordinate and communicate day-to-day activities, manage tools, materials, safety, align the team to complete daily goals and inspect for quality according to construction documents of the project.
Project Manager
Leverage your industry experience to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will be the leader in charge of managing suppliers, subcontractors, on-site foreman, and be the point person for all client communication. Your eye for detail, superhuman organizational skills, and proactive personality keep you dedicated to quality and an exceptional customer experience.
